Is breakfast included in the room rate?
What are the reception hours?
Normal reception hours are from 8.00 am to 7:00 pm.
Is internet access available?
Yes, free wireless internet access is available for guests with their own devices.
Do you have off street parking? Is there a charge?
Yes, we have complimentary off street parking.
What are check-in / check-out times?
Normal check-in time is from 2 pm and check-out is 11.00 am. Depending on our bookings we will endeavour to meet guest requests for early arrivals or later departures.
What if I have a later arrival or earlier departure?
Please advise us if you are arriving late or have an early departure outside of the normal reception
hours so that we can make arrangements to meet or farewell you.
Do we store luggage at the hotel?
Yes, we are happy to store your luggage for you between stays or while waiting for an afternoon flight.
Are there laundry facilities?
We offer an in-house laundry service for guests at a nominal charge. We do not have a self service
laundry facility for guests.
Do you have airport transfers and what is the distance to the airport?
No, but we can organise a Taxi or Shuttle for you to/from the airport which is just 10km or 15 minutes away by car.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel your booking within 28 days of the booked arrival date, 50% of the full period of booked accommodation will be charged. Cancellations made within 14 days of the booked date will result in the full period booked being charged.
Do you have Gluten Free/Vegetarian/Vegan options for breakfast?
Yes, please let us know when making your reservation.
Can we smoke on the property?
No, Eliza's is a totally smoke free environment. We have an ash-bin at the road entrance to the property.
